Writing is a subject I've been trying to avoid since day one. whether it was in my native language "Arabic" or in English, I've never seemed to fully get the hang of it. I've started my journey with writing in English 2 years ago and with it my journey with writer's block also started. Now, I've come to terms with the fact that i desperately lack creativity and inspiration whenever I"m holding a pen!

Hopefully it all goes well in this class and my issues regarding writing will be magically solved...

  1. Welcome, Johara; I'm glad you're with us! Not incidentally, you have quite an authorial voice for someone who "desperately lack[s] creativity and inspiration" whenever you hold a pen. Obviously, you are inspired when you're at the keyboard.

By the way, I'm very curious about something: why did you put "Arabic" in quotation marks?

  2. Hey Nathan,
To be honest, I have no idea why i put it in quotation marks :/

What I intended to do was putting the word Arabic between 2 commas but even then, I wouldn't have had any idea why I did so...
